This is an interesting website. I especially like the photos of Dave Wylie's "Batteaux." I was born in 1972, and I did not move up here full-time until 2004. I therefore missed seeing logs float down the St. John River by quite a few years.

Daniel, thank you so much for offering me your card. I was becoming very curious as to the quality of your work because of the quantity of plaques I have engraved. Now that I've seen your work I am thoroughly impressed. My favorite is "Finding Eden". The colours are so vibrant! I also love your use of cranes, not only this specific peice but in others as well, they are such elegant creatures. Thank you for sharing your gift.
